ရန်ကုန်တိုင်း၊ အင်းစိန်မြို့နယ်၊ ပေါက်တောဝရပ်ကွက်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး ဌေးမြင့် ယနေ့ နံနက်ပိုင်း မုန့်ဟင်းခါးဆိုင်တွင် မုန့်ဟင်းခါး စားနေစဉ် ပစ်ခတ်ခံရပြီး သေဆုံးသွားကြောင်း ဒေသပြည်သူများက ရန်ကုန်ခေတ်သစ်သတင်းဌာနထံသို့ ပြောဆိုသည်။
အင်းစိန်မြို့နယ်၊ ပေါက်တာဝရပ်ကွက်တွင် စစ်မှုထမ်းဥပဒေဖြင့် လူငယ်များကို တပ်သားအသစ်အဖြစ် တက်ကြွစွာ စုဆောင်းနေသူ ပေါက်တော၀ ရပ်ကွက်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး ဌေးမြင့်သည် ယနေ့ နံနက်ပိုင်း မုန့်ဟင်းခါးဆိုင်တွင် မုန့်ဟင်းခါးစားနေစဉ် သေနတ်သမား ၁ ဦးက ဝင်ရောက်ပစ်ခတ်သဖြင့် ပွဲချင်းပြီး သေဆုံးသွားကြောင်း၊ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး ပစ်ခတ်ခံရ၍ သေဆုံးသွားပြီးနောက် စစ်တပ်နှင့်ရဲများက အင်းစိန်မြို့နယ်တစ်ခွင်ကို လှည့်လည်၍ စစ်ဆေးမှုများ လုပ်ဆောင်နေကြောင်း သိရှိရသည်။
“အင်းစိန် ပေါက်တော၀ အုပ်ကြီးကတော့ မုန့်ဟင်းခါးဆိုင် မှာ စားနေတုန်း နားထင် ၄ ချက် အပစ်ခံရပြီး ပွဲချင်း ပြီး ရှောတယ်။ သူက စစ်မှုထမ်းဥပဒေနဲ့ လူငယ်တွေကို တပ်သားသစ်အဖြစ် လိုက်ပြီး စုဆောင်းနေသူလည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ စစ်ကားတွေ အင်းစိန်ထဲမှာ ပတ်နေတယ်။ ဆိုင်ကယ် တွေဖမ်းနေတယ်။ သေနတ်တွေနဲ့ လူတွေကို ချိန်တယ်။ သူတို့စစ်ကားတွေက ဟွန်းသံတွေ ပေးပြီး ကင်းလှည့်နေကြတယ်” ဟု ဒေသပြည်သူတစ်ဦးက ပြောဆိုသည်။
သေဆုံးသူ ပေါက်တောဝရပ်ကွက်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူးသည် အလွန်ဆိုးသွမ်းသူတစ်ဦးဖြစ်ပြီး စစ်ကောင်စီအတွက် အသက်ပင်သေပါစေ အလုပ်လုပ်ပေးမည်ဟု ကြွေးကြော်နေသူဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ စစ်မှုထမ်းဥပဒေဖြင့် လူငယ်များကို တပ်သားအသစ်အဖြစ် အတင်းအဓမ္မ စုဆောင်းခဲ့သူဖြစ်ပြီး ပြည်သူများထံမှ ငွေကြေးများကို မတရားတောင်း ခံနေသူလည်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရသည်။

Insein Township, Htay Myint, the governor of Paktaw0 Ward, who is actively recruiting young people as new soldiers under the conscription law, died on the spot this morning when 1 gunman opened fire while eating a pastry at a pastry shop. After the governor was shot and killed, the army and the police have been roaming around Insein township and conducting inspections.
“The chief of Insein, Pok Tow, was shot 4 times while eating at a bakery shop and died on the spot. He is the one who recruits young people as new soldiers according to the law of military service. Military vehicles are roaming around Insein. They are arresting motorcycles. They are pointing guns at people. Their military vehicles are honking and patrolling,” said a local resident.
The deceased Paktawa Ward Governor was a very evil person and was shouting that he would work for the Military Council even to the death. According to the military service law, he is the one who forcibly recruited young people as new soldiers, and he is also the one who unfairly demands money from the people.
