ကချင်ပြည်နယ်၊ မိုးမောက်မြို့နယ်၊ တရုတ်-မြန်မာ နယ်စပ် လွယ်ဂျယ်မြို့တွင် ကျန်ရှိနေသော ခလရ ၁၄၂ စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် Non-CDM ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံး တရုတ်ပြည်အတွင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက် ထွက်ပြေးသွားသဖြင့် စစ်ကောင်စီ ကင်းစင်သော မြို့အဖြစ် KIA က တရားဝင် သိမ်းပိုက်ရရှိထားပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း KIA သတင်းရင်းမြစ်က ရန်ကုန်ခေတ်သစ်သတင်းဌာနထံသို့ ပြောဆိုသည်။
“လွယ်ဂျယ်မြို့ထဲမှာ ကျန်ရှိနေတဲ့ မြို့စောင်တပ်နဲ့ Non-CDM ဝန်ထမ်းတွေကို တရုတ်ဘက်က လက်ခံလိုက်တယ်။ အဲဒါကြောင့် အကုန် တရုတ်ပြည်ထဲ ထွက်ပြေးကုန်ပါပြီ။ ဒါကြောင့် လွယ်ဂျယ်မှာ စစ်ကောင်စီကင်းစင်တဲ့ မြို့ဖြစ်သွားပြီးတော့ KIA လက်အောက်ကို အပြီးကျရောက်သွားပါပြီ။ မနေ့ည ၁၀ နာရီမှာ လွယ်ဂျယ်မှာ စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်နဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်းတွေ တစ်ဦးမှ မရှိတော့ပါဘူး” ဟု KIA သတင်းရင်းမြစ်က ပြောဆိုသည်။
မတ်လ ၂၇ ရက်နေ့မှစတင်ပြီး ဗန်းမော်-လွယ်ဂျယ်လမ်းရှိ စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်စခန်းများကို KIA နှင့် တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်များက စတင်တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့ကာ ဧပြီလ ၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ နောက်ဆုံးစခန်းကြီးဖြစ်သော စိန်လုံဗျူဟာစခန်းကို တိုက်ခိုက်သိမ်းပိုက်နိုင်ခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ ဧပြီလ ၂ ရက်နေ့တွင် လွယ်ဂျယ်မြို့အတွင်းသို့ KIA က တရားဝင် ဝင်ရောက်သိမ်းပိုက်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရသည်။
အခြား KIA သတင်းရင်းမြစ်ကလည်း ယနေ့ နံနက်ပိုင်းတွင် လွယ်ဂျယ်မြို့ စောင့် တပ် ခလရ ၁၄၂ စခန်းကို နယ်မြေရှင်းလင်းလိုက်ပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း ရန်ကုန်ခေတ်သစ်သတင်းဌာနထံသို့ ပြောဆိုသည်။
“လွယ်ဂျယ် အလုံးစုံသိမ်းပိုက်လိုက်တယ်။ စစ်ခွေးတွေက တရုတ်ဘက်ကို အကုန်ထွက်ပြေးသွားတယ်။ ဒီမနက် စခန်းကိုရှင်းလင်းလိုက်ပါပြီ” ဟု အခြား KIA သတင်းရင်းမြစ်က ရန်ကုန်ခေတ်သစ်သတင်းဌာနထံသို့ ပြောဆိုသည်။
ဓာတ်ပုံ- လွယ်ဂျယ်မြို့စောင့်တပ် ခလရ ၁၄၂ ကို KIA တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များက ဝင်ရောက် ရှင်းလင်းစဉ်။
Soldiers and non-CDM personnel from the 142nd Guards Corps in the KIA-occupied Sejal city fled into China and became a city without a military council.

Kachin State Momok Township, A KIA source told the Yangon New Times that the remaining 142 Military Council troops and non-CDM personnel in the Sino-Myanmar border town of Sejel have fled into China and the KIA has officially taken over the town as a Military Council-free town.
“The Chinese side has accepted the City Guards and Non-CDM personnel that remained in Sejel city. That is why they have all fled to China. So Sejel has become a city without a military council, and has completely fallen under the control of the KIA. At 10:00 last night, there are no military council members or staff in Sejel anymore,” said a KIA source.
Starting from March 27th, KIA and revolutionary forces started to attack the military council camps on Van Maw-Sajele road, and on April 1st, they attacked and captured Seinlong strategic camp, the last major camp of the military council. On April 2nd, the KIA officially entered and occupied Sejal town.
Another KIA source told the Yangon Modern News Agency that the area of the 142nd Camp of the Sejal City Guard has been cleared this morning.
“All of Lejel has been captured. The dogs of war have all fled to the Chinese side. The camp has been cleared this morning,” another KIA source told Yangon’s New Age news agency.
